Each player may hold exactly one registered account with bos999. Duplicate accounts are subject to immediate suspension and forfeiture of associated funds.

2.4 Employees, agents, contractors, and immediate family members of bos999 or its affiliated companies are not eligible to register a player Account or participate in promotional offers.
2.5 bos999 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any time and to suspend or close Accounts that fail to satisfy eligibility requirements.
3.1 Each Player may register only one Account. Opening multiple Accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in permanent suspension of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of any balances therein.
3.2 During registration, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, Indonesian mobile number, email address, and preferred banking details. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
3.3 You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or two-factor authentication codes with any third party. bos999 cannot be held liable for losses arising from unauthorized access to your Account resulting from your failure to safeguard your credentials.
3.4 You must notify bos999 support immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account.
3.5 bos999 reserves the right to refuse any registration application at its sole discretion without being required to provide reasons.
4.1 bos999 is committed to preventing fraud, money laundering, and underage gambling. All Players are required to complete identity verification (KYC) before processing their first withdrawal and whenever bos999 deems it necessary.
4.2 Required KYC documentation includes, but is not limited to:

Deposits are accepted via BCA (Bank Central Asia), BRI (Bank Rakyat Indonesia), BNI (Bank Negara Indonesia), Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. Minimum deposit amounts and any applicable processing times are displayed on the deposit page and may be updated periodically. All transactions are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR/Rp).
Withdrawal requests to Indonesian bank accounts are processed within 1–24 hours during business hours (08:00–22:00 WIB, Monday–Friday). Requests submitted outside these hours or on Indonesian public holidays are processed on the next available business day. bos999 does not guarantee any specific processing time; stated timeframes are estimates only.
bos999 does not charge processing fees on standard bank-transfer deposits or withdrawals. Third-party fees levied by your bank or e-wallet provider are outside bos999's control and are borne by the Player.
6.1 Bonuses are offered at bos999's sole discretion and are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer, including minimum deposit amounts, qualifying game categories, eligible bet types, minimum odds, and expiry dates. In the event of any conflict between these general Terms and a specific promotion's terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.
6.2 Unless otherwise stated, all bonuses carry a minimum wagering requirement of 30x the bonus amount before any resulting winnings may be withdrawn. Higher requirements may apply to specific game categories.
6.3 The following activities will result in the immediate voiding of bonus funds and forfeiture of bonus-derived winnings:
6.4 bos999 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Players who have already claimed a promotion prior to modification will be subject to the terms in force at the time of their claim.
6.5 Welcome bonuses are available to new Players on their first qualifying deposit only. One welcome bonus per household, device, or IP address applies.
7.1 All bets and game rounds are governed by the specific rules of each product category, as displayed within the Platform. Players are encouraged to review the rules for each game or betting market before wagering.
7.2 bos999 offers bandar bola (bookmaker-style football betting), mix parlay accumulator wagering, and voor bola (Asian handicap) markets on domestic BRI Liga 1 fixtures and major international leagues including EPL, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, and Champions League. 7.3 Once confirmed, bets cannot be cancelled or amended. In the event of a clear and manifest error by bos999 in the publication of odds, bos999 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes.
7.4 Maximum payout limits apply per bet, per day, and per event. Current limits are displayed on the betting interface. Winnings exceeding published limits will be capped and paid at the maximum stated amount.
7.5 bos999 reserves the right to void, suspend, or limit any bet where there is reasonable evidence of match manipulation, insider information, or other irregular betting activity.
8.1 The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bos999 Platform and may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of any funds held in the Account:
8.2 bos999 employs real-time fraud detection and monitoring tools. Any Account identified as engaging in prohibited conduct will be escalated to the bos999 compliance team for review. Confirmed cases of fraud or money laundering will be reported to relevant authorities.
8.3 Where bos999 identifies abuse of promotional offers — including but not limited to bonus farming, multi-accounting for promotional gain, or systematic exploitation of free bet credits — bos999 reserves the right to recover bonus funds and any associated winnings from the Player's Wallet balance.
9.1 bos999 may suspend or close a Player's Account at any time, with or without prior notice, if bos999 reasonably believes the Player has breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent conduct, or if such action is required by applicable law or regulation.
9.2 Where an Account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, bos999 reserves the right to withhold all funds held in the Account, including both real-money balances and Bonus Funds, pending the outcome of any investigation.
9.3 Players may voluntarily request account closure at any time by contacting bos999 customer support. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days. Any verified real-money balance remaining at the time of closure will be returned to the Player's registered bank account following successful KYC verification.
9.4 Accounts that have been self-excluded by a Player cannot be reopened during the self-exclusion period under any circumstances. Once a self-exclusion period expires, a mandatory cooling-off review period of 24 hours applies before Account access is reinstated.
10.1 The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. bos999 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted, error-free, or virus-free operation of the Platform.
10.2 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bos999 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:
10.3 In no event shall bos999's aggregate liability to any Player exceed the total net deposits made by that Player in the ninety (90) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
10.4 Nothing in these Terms limits bos999's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
11.1 bos999 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an Account, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the Privacy Policy.
11.2 bos999 may share Player data with third-party identity verification providers, payment processors, fraud detection services, and regulatory authorities where required by law. bos999 will not sell Player data to third parties for marketing purposes.
11.3 Players have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of their personal data, subject to bos999's legal obligations to retain certain records for compliance, anti-money laundering, and audit purposes.
11.4 All communications between your browser and the bos999 Platform are encrypted using TLS/SSL protocols. Payment data is handled in accordance with applicable financial security standards.
12.1 bos999 is committed to promoting safe, responsible gaming. Gambling should be an enjoyable form of entertainment and must never be viewed as a means of generating income or recovering financial losses.

13.1 These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which bos999 holds its operating license. Nothing in this clause limits any statutory rights you may hold as a consumer under applicable Indonesian law.
13.2 In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the use of the Platform, the parties agree to first attempt resolution through bos999's internal complaints procedure. Formal complaints may be submitted in writing to [email protected]. bos999 will acknowledge all formal complaints within 48 hours and endeavor to provide a full response within 14 business days.
13.3 If a dispute cannot be resolved through the internal complaints procedure, either party may refer the matter to binding arbitration conducted under internationally recognized arbitration rules. The arbitration shall be conducted in English. The arbitrator's award shall be final and binding on both parties.
13.4 Notwithstanding the above, bos999 reserves the right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to prevent or restrain any breach of these Terms.
